Learn to Swim
The Learn to Swim program consists of a one hour lesson once per week. This program is offered in 3 sessions -- Fall, Winter, Spring. The Learn to Swim program will teach swimmers to be comfortable in the water, breath control, floats, glides, kick and arm pulls, and improve continuous swim distances. No previous swimming experience is required.
Location: Weston Collegiate Pool
Classes: Thursday or Friday -- 6:00-7:00 pm or 7:00-8:00 pm

Each Session is approximately 10 weeks long. Start and end dates for the 2016-17 season are as follows:

If a swimmer can already swim two lengths of a 25 yard/meter pool, we recommend the Introduction to Competitive Program.
