  • Events - 200 Free, 50 Free, 100 Back, 200 Breast, 50 Breast, 100 Fly, 400 IM (Mixed - limited to 2 heats)

  • Split Warm-up - 1:20-1:50 pm (York - Group C Clubs)
  • Start - 2:30 pm
  • Events -  200 Free, 50 Free, 100 Back, 200 Breast, 50 Breast, 100 Fly, 400 IM (mixed - limited to 1 heat)
• Sunday Morning - 12&O - Time Finals - LCM
  • Split Warm-up - 7:00-7:35 am (York - Group B Clubs)
  • Start - 8:15 am
  • Events - 200 Fy, 50 Fly, 100 Free, 200 Back, 50 Back, 100 Breast, 200 IM, 400 Free (mixed - limited to 5 heats)

  Sunday Afternoon - 11&U - Time Finals - LCM

  • Split Warm-up - 1:50-2:20 pm (York - Group C Clubs)
  • Start - 2:30 pm
  • Events - 200 Fly, 50 Fly, 100 Free, 200 Back, 50 Back, 100 Breast, 200 IM, 400 Free (mixed - limited to 1 heat)

Notes

• Awards - Medals for 1st-3rd in age group 9&U, 10-11, 12-13, 14&O
• Onsite Parking is limited.  Extra parking space will be available at Unionville GO Station
• NOTE - all session are double ended LC Chase

• Odd heats start from EAST End
• Even heats start from WEST End
• All 50's start from WEST End
