Notes

• Seed times for all 400/800/1500 required ('NT' not allowed).
• Positive check in required for 800/1500 events at the Clerk of Course before start of session.  Failure to check in will results in removal of swimmer from the event.
• No Awards -- Bell Heat Prizes Only
