Notes

• NOTE - Vaccination Policy (by host) -- all participants (swimmers, coaches, officials) must have proof of vaccine against COVID (2 vaccines - last dose at least 14 days before arrival).  If you are not vaccinated you must be scratched (please let us know)
• NOTE - Masking Policy (by host) -- all participants (swimmers, coaches, officials/volunteers) must wear mask covering mouth and nose in place at all times.  Swimmers may remove their mask prior to entering pool for warm-up and racing and mask must be replaced after exiting the pool, before leaving the finish end of the pool.
• All 13&Over events are Prelim/FINAL format -- 'A' finals only (top 8) for 13, 14, 15, 16&Over age groups (Awards - medals 1st-3rd, ribbons 4th-8th)
• All 12&Under events are Time Final - Awards - medals 1st-3rd, ribbons 4th-8th for ages 8&U, 9, 10, 11, 12
  
• Entry limit -- maximum 3 events per day
• Travel & Accommodation is 'on your own' -- the team is not arranging travel, hotels, meals
• Water Bottles - single use water bottles will not be available or sold at this meet -- please bring refillable water bottle (City of London by-law)
• Food (BBQ) will be available for purchase during the meet (Cash only and no ATM on site).  BBQ food will be provided for coaches and volunteers.
• If you are not planning on attending (or only attending one day) please let your coach know ASAP so we can change your entries.
