Central Region Officials Clinics

Central Region is again offering Swim Officials Clinics.  Your choice of 5 clinics offered in the morning (9:15-11:50 am). Lunch provided and then your choice of 5 clinics offered in the afternoon (1:00-3:30 pm).  Sign up for one or two clinics.  First come -- first served (but you must register by 28 September).  To register and secure your space email YY Wong --  yywong@rogers.comlinks to external site -- include your name, your club and which clinic you want to attend.

  • Clinics offered - Morning ( 9:15-11:50 am)
    • Referee Clinic (Level 2+ Officials , must have completed 4+ Clinics), Limited to 30 attendees (Multipurpose Room 1)
    • Intro to Swimming - Timekeeper Clinic – For NEW Officials Limited to 60 attendees (Multipurpose Room 2)
    • Clerk of Course Clinic - Must have completed Timekeeping + Judge of Stroke & Turns clinics Limited to 60 attendees (Multipurpose Room 3)
    • Recorder /Scorer Clinic–Must have attended Timekeeping + Judge of Stroke & Turns Clinic Limited to 20 attendees (Meeting Room A)
    • Chief Timer Clinic - Must have completed Timekeeping + Judge of Stroke & Turns Clinics, Limited to 30 attendees (Multipurpose Room 4)

Lunch: 12:00 pm - 12:50 pm

  • Clinics offered - Afternoon (1:00-3:30 pm)
    • Starter Clinic – Must have completed 4 Clinics.  Limited to 30 attendees ( Multipurpose Room 1)
    • Meet Manager Clinic – Should have completed Recorder / Scorer and Clerk of Course Clinics Limited to 20 attendees (Meeting Room A)
    • Judge of Stroke & Turns Clinic - Must have completed Timekeeping clinic Limited to 60 attendees (Multipurpose Room 2)
    • Intro to Swimming – Timekeeping Clinic – For NEW Officials Limited to 60 attendees (Multipurpose Room 3)
    • Chief Finish Judge / CJE Clinic ( must have completed timekeeping and Judge of stroke and turn clinics), Limited to 30 attendees (Multipurpose Room 4)

Register before September 28th by email earlier, before clinics fill up  – attend only 1 Clinic in morning and/or 1 Clinic in afternoon
